本政策说明 JuliBiliTV 在连接媒体服务、播放视频和提供字幕功能时如何处理信息。隐私与支持联系人：supports@julibilitv.cc。
01账号与媒体服务器
你添加的服务器地址、用户名、登录令牌或密码用于连接你选择的服务。Emby、Jellyfin 和 WebDAV 的登录凭据保存在设备 Keychain 中；旧版本的本地凭据缓存会在成功迁移后移除。应用会向对应服务器发送登录请求、设备或会话标识、媒体请求及播放进度，以提供登录、媒体库和继续观看功能。请优先使用 HTTPS；你选择 HTTP 服务器时，这些请求不会通过 TLS 加密。第三方账号信息的处理同时受相应服务的隐私政策约束。
02本地数据
应用在设备上保存设置、账号列表、观看进度、搜索或浏览记录、媒体封面和字幕缓存，用于恢复播放、显示内容与减少重复下载。缓存可能被系统回收；部分媒体来源支持在设置中清理缓存。移除媒体账号会删除本应用保存的对应登录凭据，不会删除服务器上的账号、媒体或服务器保留的记录。卸载应用不等于删除第三方服务器账号。
03网络请求与字幕
你连接的服务器、内容平台及其 CDN 会收到请求所需的信息，例如 IP 地址、媒体地址、请求时间和鉴权信息。启动字幕搜索时，应用会向所用字幕服务发送片名、文件名或依据视频片段计算的指纹；下载字幕时会连接该服务给出的下载地址。字幕服务可能包括 SubHD、迅雷、射手及配置可用时的 OpenSubtitles。字幕请求不携带媒体服务器的登录凭据。不同服务的数据保留与使用规则由各服务提供者决定。避免搜索字幕即可不向这些字幕服务发送搜索信息。
04购买与诊断
App Store 付款由 Apple 处理，JuliBiliTV 不接收银行卡信息。应用不内置广告跟踪或第三方行为分析 SDK。Apple 是否向开发者提供崩溃和诊断信息取决于系统设置和 Apple 的规则；你可以在系统设置中管理相关共享选项。
05支持与公开反馈
你发送邮件时，我们会收到邮件地址、内容及你主动附上的诊断信息，并在处理请求和必要后续事项期间保留。GitHub Issues 是公开渠道，提交的信息可能被他人查看并受 GitHub 的政策约束。请勿发送密码、令牌、私有媒体链接或不必要的个人信息。
06你的选择与联系
你可以移除已添加账号、清理可管理的缓存、停止使用字幕搜索，或联系 supports@julibilitv.cc 请求访问、更正或删除你通过支持渠道提供的信息。服务器端账号及记录请联系相应服务提供者。我们会在适用法律要求的期限内处理隐私请求；依法需要保留的信息除外。政策发生变化时会随应用更新公布。
This policy describes information handled when JuliBiliTV connects to media services, plays media and searches for subtitles. Contact for privacy and support: supports@julibilitv.cc.
01Accounts and media servers
Server addresses, usernames, access tokens or passwords you provide are used to connect to your chosen services. Emby, Jellyfin and WebDAV credentials are stored in the device Keychain. Legacy local credential copies are removed after a successful migration. The app sends authentication requests, device or session identifiers, media requests and playback progress to the relevant server to support login, libraries and resume playback. Prefer HTTPS; requests to HTTP servers you select are not protected by TLS. Connected services also process information under their own privacy policies.
02Local storage
Settings, account lists, playback progress, search or browsing history, artwork and subtitles may be stored on the device to restore playback, display content and avoid repeated downloads. The operating system may remove cached files. Some media sources offer cache management in settings. Removing a media account removes its saved login credentials from the app; it does not delete the account, media or records on the server. Uninstalling the app does not delete third-party accounts.
03Network requests and subtitles
Your selected servers, content platforms and their CDNs receive information necessary to serve requests, such as your IP address, media address, request time and authentication details. Starting subtitle search sends titles, filenames or fingerprints calculated from media segments to the selected subtitle services. Downloads connect to addresses supplied by those services. Providers may include SubHD, Xunlei, Shooter and OpenSubtitles when configured. Subtitle requests do not include media-server login credentials. Providers determine their own retention and use policies. You can avoid these searches by not using subtitle search.
04Purchases and diagnostics
Apple handles App Store payments; JuliBiliTV does not receive payment-card details. The app does not include advertising tracking or third-party behavioral analytics SDKs. Apple's sharing of crash or diagnostic information with developers depends on system settings and Apple's policies. You can manage diagnostic sharing in system settings.
05Support and public feedback
Contacting support provides us with your email address, message and any diagnostic information you choose to include. We retain this information while handling your request and necessary follow-up. GitHub Issues is public, and submissions may be visible to others and are subject to GitHub's policies. Do not include passwords, tokens, private media URLs or unnecessary personal information.
06Your choices
You can remove saved accounts, clear available caches, stop subtitle searches, and contact supports@julibilitv.cc to request access, correction or deletion of information supplied through support. Contact the relevant service provider about server-side accounts and records. We handle privacy requests within the periods required by applicable law, subject to legal retention obligations. Policy changes will be published with app updates.
